Job description

Location: Lafayette, IN

Work Arrangement: On-Site, Full Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $17.72/hr

Estimated Start Date: September 14, 2026

Travel: None

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Logistics Analyst to assist with day-to-day logistics, production, and material coordination activities. This role will help maintain accurate information, track materials and schedules, and support the overall flow of work within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with data, and able to collaborate effectively with a team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Monitor and update ETA information.
  • Assist with tracking production and material information.
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data into internal systems.
  • Review production schedules, work orders, and related documentation.
  • Assist with inventory and material tracking.
  • Monitor information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile and maintain reports related to production, materials, and logistics.
  • Help identify and communicate discrepancies or issues.
  • Work closely with team members to keep logistics and production information current.
  • Perform general administrative and data-entry tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Internships may be considered as relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately enter and maintain data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or production experience is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and internal databases.
  • Experience with logistics, manufacturing, or production systems is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully on-site position within a collaborative manufacturing environment. The team works closely together throughout the day, providing an opportunity to interact with a variety of team members and gain exposure to logistics and production operations.
