At Quality Services Moving, every day is active, hands-on, and different. We're hiring reliable team members to help deliver safe, stress-free moves for families and businesses across Northern Virginia.

No experience needed - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Choose Your Role

Packers (Detail-Oriented & Customer-Facing)

  • Wrap and pack household goods with care
  • Protect fragile items, valuables and flooring
  • Label and organize items for safe transport
  • Work inside customer homes with professionalism

Movers (Active Crew Members)

  • Load and unload trucks and moving equipment
  • Safely handle household goods and boxes
  • Support residential and commercial moves
  • Work as part of a fast-moving team

Warehouse Associates (Behind-the-Scenes Support)

  • Receive and organize household goods
  • Manage storage inventory and staging
  • Load/unload trucks and storage vaults
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid REAL ID required
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Experience

Experience in moving, warehouse work, general labor, logistics, or delivery is helpful, but not required.
