Job description

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and drive go-to-market strategy for a technology-focused team. This is a strategic leadership role where you will own end-to-end marketing strategy - from identifying business opportunities through market entry and scaled adoption.
You will operate with a high degree of independence in ambiguous environments, influence investment decisions, and partner with senior leadership up to VP level to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Define and execute multi-year go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and market segmentation
-Build and own competitive analysis, buyer personas, and value propositions tailored to enterprise audiences
-Create sales enablement tools, ROI frameworks, and business case materials to support complex enterprise sales cycles
-Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and content marketing
-Develop thought leadership content and customer advocacy programs
-Define brand architecture, voice, and governance within a broader brand ecosystem
-Drive alignment across cross-functional teams - Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Marketing - through senior leader reviews and scalable mechanisms
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- Experience in robotics design, automation systems development, control systems design, or related product development
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Experience in Product Safety & Compliance Law
- Experience in B2B marketing tools
- Experience in commercial or industrial work
- Experience with brand strategy
- Experience conveying complex subject matter to clients and stakeholders
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
