Over 12 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience crafting business solutions while developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and function-specific knowledge.
As a member of our 2027 US Internship Program, you'll be fully immersed in a global team of experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced, project-based internship positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves professionally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. Successful People (HR) Intern Program candidates will offer:
  • Current enrollment with pursuit of MBA or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
  • Related internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment
