Senior Software Engineer


Location: Boise, ID (Onsite - 5 days/week)


Salary: $200k Base + $10k-$20k Sign-on Bonus + Equity + Benefits


We're partnering with a fast-growing enterprise AI startup optimizing advanced manufacturing and hardware systems. Fresh off a new round of funding, they're expanding their engineering team to build out the next phase of their technology.


As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be taking complex AI and scientific requirements and turning them into reliable, production-ready software. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work closely with key technical stakeholders and founders to tackle core engineering challenges.


Key Responsibilities




  • Write clean, maintainable Python code for production applications.




  • Translate advanced AI and scientific models into robust software systems.




  • Ensure strong system execution, stability, and high performance.




  • Collaborate directly with the engineering and founding team to hit major product milestones.
