Position Title: Navy ERP S/4 HANA Specialist

Position Summary:
Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Navy ERP S/4 HANA Specialist to support Department of the Navy (DON).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive audit advisory services to support the Department of Navy (DON) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization efforts.
  • Partnering with DON and audit stakeholders to ensure controls achieve and sustain Federal Financial Management (FFM), financial reporting, audit, and compliance requirements within designated End-to-End processes.
  • Assessing existing and emerging business process requirements to define and document key Business Process Controls (BPCs) for S/4HANA implementation that reduce SAP customization while supporting auditability.
  • Reviewing functional requirements and leading DON End-to-End BPC development and maintenance of Level 3-4 business process documentation.
  • Managing sub-task/project plan: prioritize activities, meet established deadlines, work closely with the client and Kearney team, seek out and provide value-added services.
  • Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work closely with the client and Kearney team to drive efforts to achieve engagement goals in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines.
  • Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills to prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, including control catalog updates, control documentation, control assessments, and project status communications.
  • Directing and reviewing the work of Consultants and Senior Associates.
  • Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead and client.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Education
  • Four (4) year degree in appropriate technical field from an accredited institution.

Clearance Requirement
  • Active Secret Clearance (required)

Experience
  • Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with executive-level audiences
