Colliers Engineering and Design is looking for a Planner to join our Land Use Planning Team within the Building’s Division in Phoenix, AZ. This entry-level planning position offers the opportunity to contribute and participate in a diverse range of land development projects in Arizona and the Southwest. The Planner will play a key role in guiding projects through the entitlement and development review process, collaborating closely with the project manager and other planners, engineers, and designers to translate conceptual visions into buildable, compliant, and innovative communities.
In this role you will apply planning fundamentals in technical support of projects within the Team and will have the opportunity to apply planning principles and practices to design projects that encompass considerable scope and complexity.
The ideal candidate brings either education and/or experience in land development and entitlements, a working understanding of municipal planning procedures, and the creativity and initiative to navigate complex regulatory environments while supporting the delivery of thoughtful, high-quality planning solutions. This experience can be from either internships and/or employment.
