Job description

Jun Wang & Associates, P.C. is a New York-based law firm delivering a full range of legal services. Our firm provides practical legal solutions for our clients, whether it be an acquisition of property, the formation of businesses, the purchase or sale of a business, or other associated legal needs such as business immigration. Our clients include prominent national and multinational corporations, charitable organizations, industry executives, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

We are looking for recent law school graduates to fill several positions in the Real Estate/Business Immigration/Corporate department. Based on the candidateโ€™s performance, this position has the potential to develop into a full-time associate position. Please note that this position requires an immediate start; candidates sitting for the July bar need not apply. Kindly check back in August.

We provide excellent training opportunities for recent law graduates or new attorneys to obtain relevant experience in the competitive market. Additionally, we can also assist candidates to satisfy pro bono volunteer requirements for bar admission. All interns will be under direct attorney supervision.

Interested candidates will start this internship with a travel stipend until the firm can evaluate the candidate's analytical skills, writing, and research skills accordingly. For additional details please visit the firm's website.
