Role Overview:

We are hiring a Creative Lead to serve as the primary video creator and on-site creative force behind the founders' personal brand and content strategy. Your Impact

You will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the founders' digital presence through high-quality, engaging video content. Your work will directly contribute to audience growth, engagement, and brand positioning as a premium, high-authority voice.

You will build a proactive content engine-transitioning from reactive production to consistent video series and campaigns. Your creative direction will ensure brand consistency across all channels while elevating overall production quality. Ultimately, your output will drive visibility, virality, and stronger audience connection with the founders and company.
