Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Analyst with expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and Transmit Security. The ideal candidate will provide production support, troubleshoot authentication issues, and collaborate with application teams to ensure secure and seamless identity management solutions.

  • Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication.
  • Troubleshoot passkey enrollment, authentication failures, device registration, and user access issues.
  • Analyze and resolve WebAuthn and FIDO2 protocol-related issues.
  • Investigate device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication problems.
  • Monitor production incidents, analyze application logs, and troubleshoot REST API transactions.
  • Collaborate with application teams, platform administrators, security teams, and vendors to resolve production issues.
  • Support migration activities from legacy authentication methods to passwordless authentication.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for authentication and access-related incidents.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of authentication services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide customer-facing production support.
  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and incident reports.
  • Follow security best practices and organizational compliance standards.



Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of CIAM and modern authentication technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with MFA and passwordless authentication.
  • Experience supporting production environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile and customer-facing environments.
