Job description

The 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW) is the premier technical focal point for Electronic Warfare (EW) support, empowering the Combat Air Forces (CAF) with an asymmetric tactical advantage.
Our Mission
Ensure aircrew survivability. We are tasked with developing, testing, and deploying critical Mission Data (MD) designed to neutralize advanced adversary radar and weapon systems.
This high-impact mission encompasses operational EW testing and rigorous MD validation.
This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation & verification, force development evaluation execution, and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.
Essential Job Functions:
Advanced Simulation Testing
Execute high-fidelity emitter MD testing utilizing cutting-edge EW models and CEESIM (Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator) environment.
Tactical Analysis & Reporting
Conduct data-driven analysis to validate MD effectiveness, translating complex test results into actionable intelligence via comprehensive reports and briefings.
Agile Threat Mitigation
Collaborate directly with MD programmers to troubleshoot discrepancies and engineer novel, innovative countermeasures against next-generation emerging threats.
Scenario Engineering
Partner with simulator threat environment developers to design, build, and deploy sophisticated test emitters and realistic combat scenarios.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Associates Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Current Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on CEESIM programming experience.
Proven track record in constructing dynamic adversary threat models.
Direct experience supporting EW MD simulator testing.
MD Programming experience on 4th/5th Generation Fighter Aircraft.
