Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests, including chemistry, immunology, and hematology, following established guidelines.
• Carefully analyze test results for reliability, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Document all lab activities comprehensively, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining the quality standards of the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe and clean working area, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent health-related degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
