Job Overview: Pay Range: $58.47hr - $63.47hr Requirement/Must Have: 4+ years of related work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, operations analytics, database management, automation, Power Apps development, or application development. Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting Canvas or Model-Driven Power Apps in a business or enterprise environment. Experience developing Power BI dashboards, enterprise reporting solutions, data models, or KPI scorecards. Experience using Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 is strongly preferred. Prior experience within a utility environment. Specific Power Apps domain knowledge including building, releasing, and maintaining Power Apps Solutions for teams. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Cross functional requirements gathering and partnership experience. Responsibilities: Manages complex data analysis, dashboard, automation, and Power Apps development projects with limited supervision from initial request through presentation of results. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and compliance tracking. Builds intuitive, user-centered Power Apps with clear navigation, effective screen design, role-based experiences, and validation logic. Integrates Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL databases, and APIs. Applies Power Apps governance, solution lifecycle management, documentation, testing, and version control. Designs analyses, reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data models to achieve business objectives. Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, executive reporting solutions, and KPI scorecards. Designs and implements scalable semantic models, datasets, dimensional data models, and DAX calculations. Creates advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and time intelligence calculations. Designs and maintains Power Automate workflows that automate approvals, notifications, and data refreshes. Manages complex data extracts, list pulls, data transfers, and data integration activities. Creates automated data routines, ETL/ELT processes, and Power Query transformations. Implements row-level security, data governance controls, and lifecycle management practices. Gathers and documents business requirements and facilitates stakeholder workshops. Develops and communicates clear, concise, and actionable analyses and findings for leadership audiences. Identifies opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization using Microsoft Power Platform. Nice to Have: Knowledge of UNIX shell programming, base-SAS, Visual Basic, Perl, or C.
