Job Summary:
Sentinel Technologies is a leading IT services and solutions provider in the US, seeking an IT Manager to assist clients in developing applications that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding the development team, and ensuring best practices in coding and project management.
Responsibilities:
• work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, efficient solutions, and guide the development team in creating applications that improve operational efficiency
• ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and project management while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• 2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience leading development teams and overseeing project delivery
• 5+ years of overall software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related is required
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Power Apps solutions and automated workflows
• Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams
• Demonstrated success managing full software development lifecycles (planning through deployment)
• Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
• Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire
• May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
Preferred:
• Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solutions Architect, Project management and Microsoft certifications are preferred
