Job description

Position Overview
RGA is seeking a Senior Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to support and operate Global CRM solutions in RGA. The candidate will be responsible for assigned projects, enhancements and IT operations of RGA's CRM platforms that are aligned with CRM strategy and roadmap.
Business Area: IT Collaboration Services

Responsibilities
  • Perform as a subject matter expert for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration with other applications and providing technical guidance to product team members
  • Perform architecture, design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven apps
  • Utilize Tibco Cloud and KingswaySoft/SSIS for integrations with other applications
  • Develop and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, views and functions in Microsoft SQL server, visualized in PowerBI and SSRS
  • Use discretion and expert judgment to establish level of effort for development activities
  • Be a part of product team to support both day-to-day IT operations and IT projects with defined KPIs and timelines
  • Clarify and translate business requirements into technical artifacts by co-leading the engagement with CRM business product team
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Computer Science Preferred)
  • At least 8+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales Module) / CRM platform, the entity model, security model, code review and version control
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required:
  • Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve both Dynamics Out-of-Box features and customization including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
  • Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience
  • Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services (SSRS and SSIS)
Preferred:
  • Insurance and/or reinsurance industry knowledge
  • Hand-on experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Dynamics 365 Marketing module, Marketo, ClickDimensions)
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud environment and development
