Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our business development team and support enterprise systems across our John Deere dealership organization. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes in operations, sales, service, and finance.

Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Sales & Marketing Operations and Service Operations. Build and customize entities, forms, workflows, plugins, integrations, and business process flows. Develop extensions using X++, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.

Design and support integrations between Dynamics platforms and third party systems. Build and maintain data flows using Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across systems.

Apply Microsoft best practices for solution design, extensibility, and upgrades. Support system upgrades, releases, and regression testing. Collaborate with architects and IT leadership on long term platform strategy.

Work closely with operations, sales, finance, parts, and service teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Assist with documentation, training materials, and support handoff.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 CRM. Proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

Experience with Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and Azure integrations. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.
