rag & bone’s Fall 2026 internship program is unpaid and for college credit only.
We pride ourselves on offering an exciting and educational internship experience to participants, and value the contribution those new to the industry can bring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world work experience, learn how varying departments interface and develop foundational skills to help you enter the fashion world after you graduate.
Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking and come into the office at least 2 days/week.

This role is a great opportunity to learn how a fashion collection moves from development through market and beyond. You will support the team in managing samples day to day, helping keep everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly across departments. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize samples for market, including tagging styles and organizing SKUs.
  • Maintain product information and sample details in Launchmetrics.
  • Assist with market packing, shipping, and cross-functional team support.
  • Maintain an organized sample closet by season and category.
  • Track sample inventory, returns, and post-market reorganization.
  • Support sample archiving, sample sales, and internal giveaways.
  • Receive, check in, pack, and ship samples.
  • Pull samples for meetings, photoshoots, and team requests.
  • Update inventory and coordinate sample movement between teams.
Requirements: 
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn and help wherever needed.
  • Basic Excel skills are a plus.
  • Interest in fashion, merchandising, or operations.
