Hours: Part-Time (15–30 hours/week)

Position Overview:

Mustard Seed Management is looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support in-house marketing efforts for both Mustard Seed and Noodle Express restaurants.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across real campaigns, social media, design, and digital advertising. You’ll work directly with leadership to help execute marketing initiatives while learning how to grow and manage restaurant brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, develop and execute full marketing campaigns for both brands
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for businesses
  • Manage and strategize digital advertising (Meta, Google, OTT, etc.)
  • Graphic design for collateral development and branding
  • Read and use marketing data to improve results
  • Manage and execute online review process

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Support

  • Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Help develop content ideas (promotions, trends, seasonal posts)
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
  • Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement)
  • Visit our restaurant locations to capture photo and video content for social media

2. Content Creation & Graphic Design

  • Create simple marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Design:
    • Social media posts
    • In-store signage
    • Promotional materials
  • Help maintain brand consistency across both brands

3. Campaign & Promotion Support

  • Assist with executing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Organize marketing calendars and content schedules
  • Support new menu launches or seasonal campaigns

4. Digital Marketing Exposure

  • Set up and monitoring paid ads (Meta, Google)
  • Track performance of campaigns
  • Test different creatives and audiences

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Compile simple weekly or monthly marketing reports
  • Track metrics like engagement, clicks, and campaign performance
  • Identify what content or campaigns are working best

6. Review Management

  • Manage all customer reviews and guest recovery


Required Qualifications

? At least 1 year of hands-on marketing experience, internship experience, freelance experience, or part-time experience in a marketing-related role

? Experience managing or creating content for business social media accounts

? Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools

? Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

? Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects

? Ability to review basic performance data and use insights to improve content or campaigns

? Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to restaurant locations for content creation

? Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional special events



Preferred Qualifications
