We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our large, multi-specialty physician group. If you have a strong background in medical billing, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to providing excellent support to patients and providers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit insurance claims accurately and timely
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
  • Post insurance and patient payments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Resolve billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies
  • Maintain compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations
  • Work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in medical billing and collections (physician practice experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
