CNC Machinist
Job Summary:

The CNC Machinist has a vital role in ensuring precision and efficiency in machining operations and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality products to our customers. This position involves setting up and operating CNC machines, performing in-process inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up CNC machines, including those with Fanuc, Haas, and Mitsubishi controls.
  • Perform setups involving chuck changing, collet changing, tool arrangements, and tool touch-offs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, sketches, and related technical data, including GD amp;T tolerances.
  • Conduct first-article and in-process inspections, accurately document inspection data, and maintain precise part counts.
  • Adjust machine speeds and feeds for turning and milling operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance, including maintaining fluid levels and recognizing and replacing worn cutters and tool bits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
