Job description

LEMOINE, a Great Place to Workยฎ-Certified company, is currently seeking a Recovery Project Engineer. The Recovery Project Engineer assists and supports the Project Management staff in the planning and implementation of a project. Enhances customer relationships by providing excellent service. Responsible for assisting the Project Manager with contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing, oversight of project quality and safety, compliance, and customer service, all in an effort to minimize risk and to keep the focus on LEMOINE's Foundations for Successful Execution
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documentation to ensure compliance with program standards and requirements.
  • Efficiently process and track change orders through the project management system to support project adjustments.
  • Review and verify scopes of work to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Verify internal systems data is updated promptly and accurately to maintain project integrity and transparency.
  • Assist in generating and compiling reports to provide insights into project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor and verify adherence to quality standards and project specifications during construction phases.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Internship experience in the commercial construction industry preferred.
  • General knowledge of construction management, project planning, scheduling, and estimating for multiple trade disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong math, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
