Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your essential duties will include:

  • Accurately documenting all aspects of patient care, including clinical services, billing, and communication with the healthcare team and the public.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive clinical knowledge and maintaining high performance in all patient interactions.
  • Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and Medicare rules, as well as billing and coding standards.
  • Effectively communicating with patients, the public, and all healthcare team members.
Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited institution.
  • An unrestricted Physical Therapist license to practice in Florida.
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training is preferred.
  • Clinical Specialist board certification is preferred.
  • A strong interest and some clinical experience in treating Pelvic Health diagnoses.
  • Excellent non-cognitive skills (communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience), along with hands-on and clinical reasoning abilities.
  • Willingness to undergo training in Pelvic Health for the right candidate.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits encompass generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
