Eye Level is a world-renowned supplemental education program that originated in Korea 40 years ago and now has over 2 million children enrolled in 18 countries. Eye Level caters to learners from ages 3 to 15, the ultimate goal of Eye Level is to nurture a lifelong learner, critical thinker, and problem solver who will be empowered to succeed at every level of formal education and beyond.

The tutoring center in Ashburn-North is seeking talented candidates that are passionate about working with children to fill English Instructor and Math Instructor positions. We currently have exciting opportunities for energetic, organized, and talented individuals who enjoy working with and tutoring children. This position is a great fit for an individual who is looking for part time opportunities and is willing to work in the afternoon/evenings Monday-Thursday, and Saturday Mornings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong Math and English (language arts, reading, writing) skills for PreK -- up to 8th-grade levels

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve success and confidence

- Strong people skills

- Excellent leadership and operational skills

- Ability to learn fast and function effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Enthusiastic personality to ensure that a student's time at Eye level is memorable

- Experience in supplemental education sales a plus

- Previous teaching, tutoring, or education experience (private tutoring, online tutoring, SAT tutor, private or public schools, etc.)

Responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of our programs

- Working with provided curriculum to individualize programming for each student

- Daily parent interaction regarding student progress

- Managing a safe and fun classroom environment (class sizes 3-5 students per teacher)

- Administrative duties

- Tracking student progress and monitoring student enrollment

- Assisting center director in any other areas, as needed

Salary commensurate with experience.
