    • Automation
    • Error reduction
    • Cycle-time improvement

  • Make clear, practical recommendations for AI usage aligned with CCS’s business, security, and compliance requirements
  • Design and build AI-enabled workflows, which may include:
    • Task automation
    • Data validation and enrichment
    • Intelligent document processing
    • AI-assisted development or support workflows
  • Assist with proof-of-concept development and iterative improvements
  • Work with developers and subject-matter experts to understand existing systems and processes

  • Provide regular status updates and demonstrations of progress
Requirements:

    • AI/ML frameworks or APIs
    • Workflow automation concepts
  • Ability to understand real-world business processes and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience working with:
    • Enterprise data (files, databases, structured/unstructured data)
    • Document processing or data pipelines
  • Familiarity with:
    • APIs
    • SQL or data querying
    • Cloud AI services
    • Low-code / automation tools

Engagement Details

  • Engagement Type: Contract, Intern, or Summer Intern (flexible)
  • Duration: Based on scope and availability
  • Schedule: Flexible, coordinated with CCS team
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote / Moonachie, NJ preferred or occassionally
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and engagement type

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear identification of high-impact AI use cases within CCS
  • Practical, usable AI workflows—not demos that sit unused
  • Measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, or turnaround time
