Join our Team as a Data Analytics Developer Intern!
The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Data Analytics Developer Intern to join our team in Summer 2027! This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise data & advanced analytics, where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into enterprise analytics, AI/ML, Power BI, and digital data consolidation. You'll collaborate with the IT Data & Advanced Analytics team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work on new AI solutions and how to incorporate them into systems and front ends
  • Data discovery at TMHNA (core business systems, new digital initiatives)
  • Data Engineering - Learn how to extract data from these sources and develop data pipeline
  • Data Analytics -Properly model the extracted data. Combine the extracted data with the current structured data and coming up with new insights and ways to present insight and visuals to the business
  • How to leverage data from IOT, Telematics and other new digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and high volume data analytics
  • Experience working with technology as related to date analytics
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving skills with an emphasis on teamwork
  • Ability to research and resolve critical issues that are deadline driven
  • Motived self-started with strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, decision making ability, and customer service attitude with emphasis on accuracy are required
