As anย Industrial Engineering Internย atย FHP Manufacturing (Bosch Group & Carrier Corporation), you will support manufacturing, logistics, and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. You will assist in designing manufacturing floor layouts, conducting time studies, and applying lean manufacturing principles. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization.

This on site internship will be at least 6 months up to 1 year in duration.ย 

Qualifications

Currently pursuing aย Bachelor's degree in Engineeringย (Industrial Engineering preferred).

  • Some knowledge ofย manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing,ย or related principles.
  • This on-site internship will be at least 6 months up to 1 year in duration.
  • Ability toย design and optimize manufacturing floor layoutsย creatively.
  • Comfortable working withย all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding ofย time studies, ergonomics,ย andย industrial/manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Excellentย oral and written communicationย skills.
  • Strongย interpersonal skillsย with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient inย Microsoft Officeย (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, includingย Value Stream Mapping).
  • Strongย organizational and problem-solving skills.
