  • Support the IT team in migrating a legacy Marketing Portal to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Work closely with project leadership and technical teams to analyze current and future marketing technology capabilities, audience segmentation strategies, and campaign performance data.
  • Conduct current-state discovery of the legacy platform, including:
    • Campaigns
    • Audience segments
    • Email templates
    • Automation workflows
    • Reporting artifacts
    • Integration points
  • Maintain organized documentation repositories accessible to project stakeholders.
  • Support data mapping between legacy systems and SFMC components (e.g., Data Extensions, Subscriber Lists, Journey Builder, Email Studio).
  • Analyze historical campaign performance and help define baseline metrics such as:
    • Open rate
    • Click-through rate (CTR)
    • Conversion rate (CVR)
    • Cost-per-click (CPC)
    • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Assist with project tracking, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting documentation for stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
    • Test script development

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience (internships may count if relevant and hands-on).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Exposure to SFMC through learning, certification preparation, coursework, or hands-on use.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Email marketing platforms
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as:

    • Google Search Console
