Buscamos a un Líder de Campo que quiera echar pa'lante
En NEXO Técnico valoramos la "maña" y la experiencia real. Estamos buscando un Operador de Maquinaria de Perforación que busque estabilidad, buen salario y un equipo que lo respalde.
Aquí no somos "chiveros". Hacemos ingeniería especializada y cimentaciones complejas. Buscamos a alguien que quiera meter mano de verdad y liderar la producción.
LO QUE BUSCAMOS:
No necesitamos que conozcas nuestra máquina específica hoy, pero sí que tengas la habilidad para dominarla rápido. Nos interesa si vienes de:
  • Barrenos y Estudios de Suelos/Geotécnicos
  • Perforación de Pozos de Agua
  • Directional Drilling (Perforación Direccional)

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES:
  1. Producción: Operación segura de perforadora hidráulica sobre orugas para micropilotes y anclajes.
  2. Liderazgo: Tú eres el Técnico Líder. Diriges al ayudante, marcas el ritmo y aseguras que la producción salga.
  3. Mantenimiento (Clave): La máquina es tuya. Si se rompe una manga hidráulica, usted la cambia. Si hay que soldar algo básico para seguir, usted resuelve. La limpieza de lodos y lechada al final del día es sagrada.
  4. Team Player (Cero "Stand-by"): Aquí todos metemos mano. Si no estamos perforando, estamos manteniendo equipo, organizando el taller o apoyando en otra tarea Buscamos gente proactiva, no gente que se quede mirando cuando la máquina para.

REQUISITOS:
  • Experiencia operando equipos hidráulicos de perforación o similares.
  • Conocimiento mecánico e hidráulico básico (mangueras, filtros, correas).
  • Además: Si sabes soldar (básico, no requiere certificación), tienes ventaja.
  • Organizado y limpio (especialmente trabajando con lodos y cemento).
  • Licencia de conducir vigente (Categoría 8 o 9 es un plus).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en toda la isla.

LA OFERTA:
  • Salario: $20.00 - $25.00 / hora (según experiencia y habilidad demostrada).
