- Online Programming: Develop innovative career services, webinars, and workshops integrated into the Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Student Support & Programming
- Career Coaching: Support traditional and adult undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni through all career stages.
- Workshops & Instruction: Teach career prep courses and deliver workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies.
- Resources: Provide labor market data, career resources, and study abroad information.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning career services, workforce development, corporate relations, talent acquisition, and/or experiential education.
- Certification in appropriate career assessment instruments, preferred.
- Exceptional networking ability with a proven track record of securing mutually beneficial community, regional, or corporate partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, alumni, administration, faculty, staff, employers, and the public.
- High energy and a fresh communication style capable of engaging today's diverse student body, building trust, and driving engagement within a collaborative "studio" workspace.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret regional labor market analytics and translate that data into practical skill-acquisition initiatives for students.
- Thorough working knowledge of labor market trends, occupational information, career assessment tools, and job search strategies.
- A collaborative builder who can champion institutional change, audit existing decentralized experiential programs, and deploy standardized experiential maps across academic programs.
Education:
Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Counseling or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of career development, and student development theory.
- Knowledge of administration, scoring, and interpretation of career assessment instruments.
- Knowledge of occupational information and topics appropriate to an effective job search.
- Skill in counseling techniques and applications.

- Skill in research, survey development, writing reports, and program management.
- Ability to use technology, including spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing, online survey tools, e-mail lists, job portal, and database computer software.
- Ability to manage budget and other information and maintain a system of data collection and record keeping.
- Willingness to take on new tasks.
Work Schedule Requirements:
This position will entail working hours outside the traditional Monday 8:30 am to Friday 4:30 pm - weekend and evening hours will be required depending on the needs of the department.
Benefits at a Glance:

After 90 days of employment, tuition remission is available, with the college covering 100% of tuition costs (employees are responsible for books and technology fees). The college values work-life balance, offering a summer schedule from June through August. Employees also enjoy 14 paid holidays, including a winter break. Retirement plan participation is available from your first day, with employer contributions beginning after one year of service, based on your length of employment.
