Job description

Luxury Retail Security Officer
Luxury Retail Security Officer – Immediate Hire / Immediate Start

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officer to provide security services at a high-end luxury retail location in San Antonio.

This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands the importance of professional appearance, discretion, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a visible, professional security presence throughout the retail environment
  • Monitor the property and identify potential security or safety concerns
  • Deter theft, unauthorized activity, and other security-related incidents
  • Observe and report suspicious activity in accordance with company and client procedures
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, employees, and guests
  • Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately
  • Follow all post orders, company policies, and client procedures
Requirements
  • Active Texas Level II Security Officer license
  • Security experience required
  • Previous luxury retail or high-end retail security experience strongly preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong observation and situational awareness skills
  • Ability to remain professional, composed, and discreet in a high-end retail environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as required by the assignment
Uniform

A professional suit and tie uniform will be provided and is required while on duty.
