Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to assist with the upkeep of our vacation rental properties. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves general maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring a high standard of service for our guests.
Job Type: Seasonal (May - September)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required, days off during the week)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general property upkeep and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Travel between the main office and various rental properties throughout the day.
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, collecting trash and delivering to the city dump.
  • Assist with transporting supplies, gas grills, window air conditioning units, and other miscellaneous items as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and property owners.
  • Support the office handy person with various day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License (required).
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Preferred: Open-bed pickup truck or van for transporting various items such as garbage to the city dump, gas grills, window air condition units plus various supplies and tools.
