With Sodexo Live!, you're not just part of a kitchen-you're part of a think tank redefining large-event food service.Whether it's crafting a new concept for an international crowd or refining operational logistics for a sold-out stadium, this is your opportunity to contribute to some of the biggest live experiences on the planet. Position Overview: Hard Rock Stadium Intern- Culinary The Intern – Culinary will work closely with our Executive Culinary Team and support strategic culinary planning for major events and activations at Hard Rock Stadium. This role is heavily focused on culinary innovation, research and development, project planning, and administrative execution.You'll assist in the development of new menu concepts, creation of cost cards, standardization of recipes, and concept presentations-while learning how to scale ideas for 60,000+ guests.  Key Projects You'll Support:Orange BowlMiami OpenFormula 1 Miami Grand PrixWorld Cup 2026 PreparationAdditional special events, concerts, and VIP hospitality activations What You'll Be Doing:Collaborating with chefs and F&B leadership to conduct culinary R&D for new menu items and conceptsCreating, updating, and auditing recipe cost cards and build sheetsAssisting in the development of specialty menus, tastings, and concept decks for premium and general concessions offeringsParticipating in cross-functional planning meetings for upcoming large-scale eventsSupporting the documentation of culinary SOPs, food safety protocols, and vendor relationsAssisting with event logistics, food costing, production plans, and kitchen layoutsPresenting research findings and culinary concepts to internal and client stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary Science, Hospitality, or Food Systems programStrong interest in research & development, culinary innovation, and operational planningExperience with food costing, recipe development, or culinary analytics is a plusExcellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detailStrong communication skills and professional presence for stakeholder interactionAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); recipe software knowledge is a plusAdditional Requirements:Must be able to commit to the Fall 2025 season (August–December)Must be able to work extended hours during major events, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to navigate kitchen environments and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Why Join Sodexo Live! at Hard Rock Stadium?Opportunity to work on world-class events with exposure to high-level culinary and operational leadersGain real-world experience in culinary R&D and hospitality project managementHands-on mentorship and career development opportunitiesBe part of a team redefining stadium and event dining on a global scaleOther Requirements:Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly quartered environment.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
