Job description

Summary of Position
Lionsgate has an immediate opening in Human Resources for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. This role will focus primarily on early- to mid-level hiring across all Lionsgate divisions, while also supporting internship recruitment and early careers initiatives.
In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, this position plays a key role in building and sustaining talent pipelines through proactive networking, external engagement, and long-term talent planning. This is a strategic, execution-focused role that supports both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for early- and mid-level roles across Lionsgate divisions
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and guide them through the recruitment process
  • Identify and activate new sources of talent using internal and external networks, including social media and online recruiting tools
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through consistent communication, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and applicable employment laws
  • Plan and execute pipeline-building strategies, including networking events, career fairs, and informational sessions
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives that strengthen Lionsgate's ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition on internship and early careers initiatives
  • Support internship recruitment efforts, including resume screening, candidate engagement, and event participation
  • Support ad hoc initiatives, including informational interviews, referral outreach, and talent mapping

Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience, preferably supporting high-volume or early- to mid-level hiring
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with SuccessFactors strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience sourcing candidates and building pipelines using a mix of tools and outreach strategies
  • Ability to balance executional recruiting with proactive relationship-building and pipeline development
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Onsite, Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
