The Mires Agency is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients and providing exceptional customer service. Working closely with our team of professionals who are here to guide and mentor, you will be tasked with achieving company goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough needs analysis and providing customized life insurance solutions to clients
  • Building and maintaining a strong client base through effective communication and relationship building
  • Prospecting with our lead system and following internal processes
  • Meeting (or exceeding) sales targets and goals on a regular basis
  • Providing ongoing support to clients and managing their accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Meeting with your mentor to identify areas for improvement and growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Life and Health insurance license or willing to complete certification
