Job description

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys creating a wide variety of marketing assets, from digital advertising campaigns and PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics, print collateral, and website visuals.
You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring campaigns to life while ensuring every asset reflects our brand and drives business results. We're looking for someone who understands B2B marketing, thinks strategically about design, and can produce polished work quickly without sacrificing quality.
What You'll Do
  • Design digital advertising campaigns including display ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, email graphics, and landing page assets.
  • Create engaging social media graphics, banners, and campaign visuals.
  • Build executive-level PowerPoint presentations for sales, leadership, webinars, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Design print materials including brochures, one-pagers, event signage, direct mail pieces, booth graphics, and leave-behinds.
  • Create and update website graphics, page layouts, icons, and other visual assets within our CMS.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaign concepts and creative that support demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Partner with marketing to create sales enablement materials and customer-facing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency across all creative while maintaining and evolving brand standards.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current on B2B design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative tools, including AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, presentations, and web design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Advanced PowerPoint design skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
  • Experience designing websites and digital assets (WordPress experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing demand generation campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), trade shows, webinars, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts into clean, compelling visual communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic marketing applications.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
