Job description

Registered Dietitian (RD)

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Part Time Dietitian to join our ever-growing team.

Registered Dietitian (RD) Job Summary:

  • Knowledge of MealTracker and Point ClickCare is a plus.
  • Must be able to type & use computer programs proficiently (i.e., Microsoft Word).
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to complete nutrition assessments, provide diet education & attend care plan meetings of assigned residents with clinically complex diagnoses.
  • Must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team & exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Ensure resident's plan of care is in place and carried out in its entirety.
  • Assist with discharge planning.
  • Precept dietetic interns and instruct them on the competencies required to complete the assigned rotation; providing feedback for incorporation into student evaluations

Registered Dietitian (RD) Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian
  • Must have a NYS-CDN or receipt of payment
  • Immediate job openings are available.
  • Full time Day shift Only
  • Must be able to work every 5th Saturday or Sunday”.

Pay Rate: Up to Up to $85,000 a year
