Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Supports basic health, safety, and environmental compliance activities under close supervision. The HSE Technician is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations across our manufacturing sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

·Assist with daily safety inspections and audits.

  • Maintain and organize safety documentation and records.
  • Support incident reporting and investigation processes.
  • Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Help distribute PPE and ensure proper usage.
  • Conduct basic hazard identification and risk assessments.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

  • Basic understanding of HSE principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of safety management information system.
  • Good time-management skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

  • Minimum associates degree or equivalent certification(s) in health, safety and environmental related field.
  • OSHA 10-Hour (General Industry or Construction)
  • First Aid/CPR
  • 0–2 years of experience in safety, environmental, or industrial roles.
  • Internship or field exposure in HSE is a plus
