As a Leasing and Commercial Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting commercial contracting and leasing processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, and gaining exposure to real estate, legal operations, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll build a strong foundation in corporate legal operations while contributing to meaningful work:

  • Support the legal leasing and commercial contracting process, helping ensure timely execution of agreements
  • Maintain and update reports, trackers, and internal systems to keep projects organized and on track
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and coordination of real estate and commercial agreements
  • Partner with teams across the business, including Real Estate, Operations, Store Planning, and Legal
  • Serve as a key point of coordination, helping facilitate communication between internal teams, landlords, vendors, and outside counsel
  • Support Commercial Counsel with administrative tasks, billing coordination, and special projects
  • Gain exposure to contracting, leasing, and legal workflows in a corporate setting

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
