As an SAP Business Process Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Complete an initial bootcamp training program to build proficiency in SAP technologies and methodologies while rapidly learning and applying new concepts
  • Adapt effectively to a fast-paced, evolving environment by managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and responding proactively to project and customer needs
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative by driving results, collaborating well within a team, and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Diagnose and analyze complex customer issues, develop and present actionable recommendations, escalate defects to the development team, and deliver clear, timely communication of progress and results to customers

What you bring
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Possess development experience in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, ABAP, C/C++, C#, Python, PHP) along with strong technical skills in SQL, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, and systems administration
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setup through internships or recent work experience. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, applying an analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach to tasks and challenges
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong verbal, written, presentation, and active listening abilities. A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies – especially artificial intelligence paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative
  • Must be open to travel and willing to relocate to Newtown Square, PA
