We are looking for people who believe we can accomplish so much more together than apart. People who are ready to jump right in, love collaborating, and value our culture of inclusion and transparency.

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for omni-channel functions essential to earned media, client account leadership, content development, campaign planning, measurement/reporting, and the coordination of high-level integrated marketing programs.

The Position:

  • Manage assigned client accounts to ensure integrated program plans are executed on time and to a high standard; lead client communications, document activity, and report progress on a consistent cadence.

  • Develop and oversee high-quality written deliverables with extreme accuracy, including press releases, media materials, byline articles, pitches, thought-leadership content, social copy, and client correspondence. Solid knowledge of Associated Press writing guidelines is essential.
  • Plan integrated content and campaign calendars across earned, owned, and paid channels; collaborate with digital and social team members to align messaging, timing, and performance goals.
  • Conduct market and media research, including editorial calendars, competitor intelligence, and trend monitoring; apply findings to strengthen brand visibility and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate select paid and sponsored opportunities (as applicable), including planning timelines, asset delivery, copy coordination, and submission requirements; ensure campaigns are documented and reportable.
  • Support digital-first PR outcomes by identifying backlink and brand mention opportunities and collaborating on content optimization for search and emerging answer experiences (GEO/AEO) with internal and external partners as needed.
  • Support event- and tradeshow-driven initiatives by assisting with press planning, media appointments, onsite/digital press room needs, and post-event follow-up; help capture and repurpose content for ongoing visibility.
  • Oversee and coordinate influencer and creator initiatives in partnership with account and digital teams, including identification, outreach support, briefing, timeline management, and reporting on results.
  • Brief and oversee creative/design deliverables (graphics, video, presentations, and other assets) to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment; coordinate production timelines across internal and external partners.
  • Own coverage tracking and reporting, including recaps, qualitative highlights, and measurable outcomes (placements, impressions, share-of-voice, referral traffic, lead indicators, etc.) where applicable.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns as needed; provide guidance, quality control, and training to maintain strong execution standards across media lists, research, drafting, and reporting.
  • Serve in a proactive role to assist agency owners and senior team members with streamlining best practices for client account management and contributing to the growth of the agency.
  • Support new business development by assisting with audits, meeting preparation, presentations, and scope/proposal development as needed.
  • Demonstrate consistent, positive values and actions aligned with Eberly & Collard Public Relations' ongoing mission and day-to-day activities.
