Retail Inventory Analyst

Are you a recent graduate who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making business decisions that have a real impact?

Family Farm and Home is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Merchandising and Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll use data and analytics to help ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time. You'll gain hands-on experience working with inventory planning, forecasting, merchandising, supply chain operations, and financial analysis while partnering with leaders across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in building a career in retail analytics, supply chain, merchandising, planning, or business strategy.

What You'll Do

Use Data to Drive Business Decisions

  • Analyze sales, inventory, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations that improve product availability and inventory productivity.
  • Create reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.
  • Present findings and insights to business partners and leadership teams.

Learn Inventory Planning and Forecasting

  • Manage inventory forecasts and replenishment plans using industry-leading tools.
