POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Scientist at Agiliti Health contributes to the integration of advanced data analytics across our healthcare technology management and service solutions. This position involves developing and implementing innovative analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and support the services we provide to our healthcare clients.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data analytics projects across various operations.
  • Utilize data science tools such as SQL, Databricks, Azure, and Python to analyze data and identify patterns.
  • Design and develop machine learning solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Deploy and monitor machine learning models within the Databricks environment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to determine additional data needs and communicate process improvements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving urgent and high-priority production incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience in developing predictive modeling capabilities within an organization.
  • Ability to extract valuable insights from datasets to guide machine learning model development.
  • Experience in refining and expanding existing machine learning pipelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with time series forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to innovate and integrate advanced data analytics solutions.
  • Proficiency in deploying and monitoring machine learning models in Databricks.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range for All Locations Listed: $93,810.95 - $150,140.59 This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay.
