We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manager for a direct-hire opportunity on the 1st shift. This role oversees daily operations within the molding department, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule molding operations to meet production requirements.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate department employees.
  • Ensure machines are properly set up, maintained, and adjusted to meet specifications.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including work instructions and EHS compliance materials.
  • Conduct product inspections and oversee quality standards.
  • Support and enforce 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet production deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, injection molding preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents.
  • Willing to obtain OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification.
