Manufacturing Manager

Injection Molding | Leadership Development | Path to Plant Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations at a growing injection molding facility east of Philadelphia.

This is much more than a traditional production management role. This hire is a succession plan to develop into the Plant Manager role in 4 years. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of running a manufacturing operation while leading daily production.
