Job Description

·         Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for injection molding operations

·         Serve as the technical leader for injection molding processes, driving innovation and best practices

·         Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot injection molding processes utilizing engineered and commodity resins

·         Act as the primary manufacturing resource during Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to ensure product feasibility

·         Deliver training on advanced processing techniques, setup procedures, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving methodologies

·         Support production goals through close collaboration and coordination with the Engineering Manager

Key Requirements 

·                     Strong knowledge of engineering resins, injection molding equipment, tooling, scientific molding, and plastic structural foam processes

·                     Lean, Six Sigma, or quality certifications preferred

·                     Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline is preferred
