Job Duties:

  • Performs ย ย ย ย ย mold, insert and material changeovers.
  • Tear ย ย ย ย ย down and maintain molds.
  • Set up ย ย ย ย ย work centers, robot end of arm tooling, pallets, cooling fixtures and ย ย ย ย ย related equipment.
  • Monitors ย ย ย ย ย process and inspects parts at start up and during production run.
  • Move ย ย ย ย ย finished goods to inventory
  • Print ย ย ย ย ย required labels
  • Monitor ย ย ย ย ย and replenish operator station (boxes, clamps, hardw
    are kits, pallets, etc.)
  • Relieve ย ย ย ย ย operator at breaks
  • Record ย ย ย ย ย production activity via production tracking system
  • Grind ย ย ย ย ย scrap parts and advise on regrind inventory
  • Provide ย ย ย ย ย training to other associates

Requirements

ย ย High ย ย ย ย ย School diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ ย ย ย ย ย years production injection molding experience
  • Computer ย ย ย ย ย data entry
  • Able ย ย ย ย ย to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds
