Our service in claims and loss control is second to none. The difference our employees feel about us translates over to our customers, too. Our renewal retention is 90+%, meaning our customers, don't want to leave us either. Our reputation and results are the envy of many competitors.
Here's what you would be doing. The responsibilities include the following:
* Leading the team of service professionals who will service the book.
* Directing roll-out of program and service plans.
* Monitoring accounts for trends and reacting appropriately when action needs to be taken.
