  • Perform physical infrastructure activities including cabling, racking, labeling, equipment deployment, inventory tracking, and documentation updates.

  • Use network monitoring and management tools to identify issues, validate network health, and support incident response and root cause analysis efforts.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve troubleshooting, documentation, research, operational workflows, and knowledge management processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies through professional experience, internships, certification programs, or technical coursework.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document procedures and collaborate across technical teams.

  • Ability to learn new technologies, follow established processes, and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

  • Ability to work onsite in office, manufacturing, communications room, and data center environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA certification or active progress toward obtaining certification.

  • Experience supporting Cisco, Arista, or other enterprise-class networking platforms.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools, network performance analysis, and basic network security principles.

  • Basic scripting, automation, or programming experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.

  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity, troubleshooting, or documentation tools in a professional or academic setting.
