Job description

If you see ERP as more than screens and transactions—and as a driver of efficiency, accuracy, and execution—Fabco wants to talk to you. We’re seeking an experienced ERP Specialist – Infor SyteLine to own and guide our ERP platform, ensuring it remains a trusted backbone for manufacturing, planning, and fulfillment while delivering long‑term business value across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary functional owner of the Infor SyteLine ERP system for Fabco
  • Administer, configure, and support SyteLine to align with discrete manufacturing processes
  • Define and enforce a clean-core, standard-first ERP strategy, minimizing custom code and workarounds
  • Maintain, optimize, and govern manufacturing master data, including BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory, and production orders
  • Support and enable MRP/APS planning, production scheduling, ATP, and shop floor execution, resolving issues impacting throughput and delivery
  • Lead ERP enablement initiatives for warehouse execution, including picking, wave picking, barcoding, and packing
  • Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and costing data to ensure accuracy and support operational and financial reporting
  • Partner with production, supply chain, engineering, finance, quality, and IT teams to redesign and standardize business processes using SyteLine
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Infor support, consulting, and product teams, validating standard functionality before engaging external resources
  • Evaluate standard configuration versus customization or consulting needs and challenge recommendations to avoid unnecessary cost
  • Quantify and track business value, efficiency gains, and cost avoidance resulting from ERP initiatives
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Hands-on functional experience supporting Infor SyteLine in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and ERP best practices
  • Practical understanding of MRP/APS, production scheduling, inventory management, warehouse execution, and cost accounting
  • Experience reducing ERP customizations in favor of standard processes
  • Experience gathering requirements from manufacturing stakeholders and translating them into scalable ERP configurations
  • Experience working directly with ERP vendors and external consultants
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both shop floor personnel and management
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant ERP/manufacturing experience may be considered in place of degree
