• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs, ensuring the integration of pre-crisis and crisis strategies into the clinical care provided.
• Prepare and maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to state and federal regulatory standards, including treatment notes, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to inform diagnosis and treatment methods in alignment with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain organizational compliance and enhance service quality.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Eligibility for licensure in the State of Florida is a prerequisite.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary for any potential client-related travel.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are vital for establishing rapport and building trust with clients swiftly.
• Demonstrable active listening skills and a strong ability to provide empathetic guidance will enhance client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial in maintaining compliance and accuracy in client records, are required.

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting or familiarity with community-based mental health services will be considered an asset.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
